6. Assembly of Skidboard with tie rods.

7. Entire Skidboard is then again planed through a thickenesser, to an accurate
degree of 1mm, evenly to size surface smooth with no steps.

8. Both ends rebated and channels / wearing strips fitted with Aluminium Rivets.

9. Treatment with Waxol 'F' for sealing and protection of timber.

10. Skidboards ready for delivery.
